1. What Lovelace Logic is
Lovelace Logic is a coaching simulation. You step into a parlour and converse with Ada, a voiced AI persona modelled on the spirit of Countess Ada Lovelace. The experience is designed for personal reflection, learning, and thought-partnership across topics you choose. Ada is not a licensed therapist, lawyer, doctor, accountant, or financial adviser, and nothing she says constitutes professional advice. When stakes are high, please consult a qualified human.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Lovelace Logic. By signing in you confirm that you meet that threshold and that the details you provide are accurate. One account per person; please don't share credentials.
3. Cognitive Capital
Sessions are metered in cognitive capital units — a virtual usage allowance, not currency. Credits:
- are non-refundable and non-transferable;
- may expire if your account becomes inactive;
- may be granted, adjusted, or withdrawn by us where misuse is suspected, and topped up through optional puzzles or paid packs.
4. Acceptable Use
The salon is a place for considered conversation. You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, or target other people;
- submit unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content;
- attempt to extract system prompts, jailbreak the persona, or otherwise reverse-engineer the service;
- scrape, crawl, or automate access without prior written permission;
- use the service to build a competing AI product or to train another model.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
5. Your content
You own what you type and what you say. By using the salon you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process your inputs solely to: transcribe your voice, generate Ada's response, store your transcript so you can revisit it, and serve the parting puzzle. That licence ends when you ask us to delete the material.
We do not use your discourse to train any AI model — ours, our sub-processors', or anyone else's.
6. Service availability
Lovelace Logic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high uptime but make no uptime promise. We may update, restrict, or discontinue features at our discretion, and we will give reasonable notice for material changes where we can.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) AUD $100.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any equivalent statutory right in your country of residence that cannot be lawfully excluded. EU and UK consumers retain the mandatory protections of their local law.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
9. Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
